GUIDE: VIEW ONLY ACCOUNT SETUP

Once your account has been populated and sorted the best way to give access to employees is through a View Only account.  Unlike an admin account a View Only account cannot add or remove safety data sheets from the inventory.  View Only accounts are ideal for on-the-go access where the only requirement is that the SDSs be quickly located and viewed.  In addition to not being able to add or remove SDSs the View Only account cannot edit the account or profile details.

SETTING UP OR EDITING A VIEW ONLY ACCOUNT

Step 1: Once logged in to the Admin account click the "Account" button at the top right corner.

Step 2: This will bring you to the account setup page where you can edit the account details and primary contacts.  At the bottom of this page is the section for setting up a "View Only Profile".  In the two empty fields insert the Login Name and Password you want for your View Only account.  If you already have a View Only account and instead want to change the login credentials then enter the new Login Name and Password that you want to use.

Step 3: Once you've set the Login Name and Password that you want click the "Submit View-Only Profile" button and your View Only account is ready to go!  Use the newly created login profile at the main login page or with the mobile apps.
